Rear Spoiler

Rear spoilers serve to improve aerodynamics while offering an opportunity to integrate additional functions.

The spoiler allows for greater flexibility in design and styling, thereby promoting design uniqueness of the vehicle and optimisation of its aerodynamic properties. Improvements to the vehicles image and aerodynamic behavior are achieved. Additional functions including antennas, brake lights, and washer nozzles can be integrated into the assembly.

Given the diverse range of production processes utilised at REHAU, the rear spoiler is an ideal component from a technical and economical point of view.
Our rear spoilers can be produced using a variety of different processes:

Injection moulding
Extrusion blow moulding
Single-piece/composite design
Various types of fabrication (ultrasonic welding, vibration welding, gluing) are used to connect the design specific and aerodynamically important cover to the carrier parts
With or without integrated functions
Painted-in-body-color, contrasting color or two-tone shades
Mould-in-color grained with color-matched material
